L'Aquila type Coronet (with the motto) Liberty Gold 1881 (ten dollar Gold Piece)

American currency shall not bear any reference to God at all until a law Congress in 1864. This law has allowed the Secretary of the Treasury to divert a Mint to include "In God We Trust", if it fits on coins. The reason that this reference to God has been added for the Coinage was that during these uncertain times before the civil war, religious people began petitions to the Government to recognize more widely than God, lest future expected centuries were pagans.

This type of Coronet Liberty Eagle is identical to the previous number of Coronet Eagles, with the exception of banner over the heads of the Eagle on reverse proclaim, "in God We Trust. The example depicted here was trader classified MS-60 and sold for $ 410.00 in June 2006.

Do you think that our fiat currency will continue to decline in value while other forms of currency such as precious metals increase?
